7. Limitation of Liability
Dleaftech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of notification. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will still be due.
