- Non-Refundable: Initial deposits for web design services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If the project is canceled after the design phase has begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
3. Software and App Development
- Refund Eligibility: Clients may request a refund if the software or app does not function as outlined in the project specifications after all agreed-upon revisions have been made.
- Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable once development has started. If a project is canceled after significant work has been done, a partial refund may be issued based on completed milestones.
4. Digital Marketing Services
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for digital marketing services may be requested if no measurable results are achieved within the agreed timeframe and all strategies have been implemented as discussed.
- Non-Refundable: Payments made for ongoing digital marketing services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced. If a campaign is canceled early, refunds will not be issued for any remaining months.
